After 4 years and change I decided a few weeks ago not to take delivery of my Grenadier. It’s been a fun ride and hope to get one in the future but the 90k+ price tag I found the price didn’t match the interior for me. I’ve driven the car 6 times and kept finding things that just seemed cheap on the inside and with this being more of a daily driver I couldn’t justify it. Maybe they’ll improve in the future but as of now the journey now transitions to finding a cheaper pre-owned model down the road. It’s been a fun ride either way and it’s exciting to watch everyone start to take them on adventures and make them there own.
I still love the idea of the car and especially its road presence…also is quite handsome. I felt like such a blow to get this far and not pull the trigger but I recall when this was marketed to be in the mid-50s range and here we are floating around 90. I will either for sure. Get one used down the road or maybe a new one if they make some adjustments to the next version. Time will tell, but as for now, the journey is over it just continues to a new destination. I’ll be jealously watching everyone take delivery, that’s for damn sure!
